New Website to Improve Customer Experience

We’re excited to announce that our new and refreshed website is live. The updated site includes changes to navigation, functionality, and customer engagement, for both desktop and mobile applications, said John Hart, VP of Business Operations. We’ve also improved the structure of our content, so you’ll get more from a quick read. Some of the site changes include:

  • Integration of website and ERP system to create a new Customer Portal.
  • Send rate quote request to our operations team for any service.
  • Enhanced service options and capabilities
  • Customer testimonials
  • Community Involvement
  • Expanded career section to include online application and open positions

There’s several other smaller but significant changes, all to make the customer experience of the website easy to navigate and be more interactive says Hart. Future enhancements slated for 2017 include a rating tool for LTL shipments for current and prospective customers as well as several positive announcements on our branded website ShipMyMachinery.com and our newest branded website RetailFreight.com.
